Where will the Ceremony & Reception take place?
The ceremony will take place at the Thunderbird Lodge. No parking is available at the venue, and guests will need to take the shuttle from the Hyatt Regency at 2:30pm. Guests not staying at the Hyatt will need to park at the Hyatt Regency ($29 self-park) and take the shuttle as well. No shuttles will be leaving after 2:30pm.
Hyatt Regency Address:
111 Country Club Dr, Incline Village, NV 89451

Can I bring a date?
Due to the limited capacity of our wedding venue, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Any further questions, please reach out to Hadyn or Grant.

When should I arrive?
Please arrive to the Hyatt Regency lobby by 2:15pm on Saturday. Shuttles will transport all guests to the Thunderbird lodge and back after the wedding. Shuttles will leave the wedding at 10:00pm.
For the rehearsal dinner, please arrive to the Hyatt Regency lobby by 5:20pm to take the shuttle. If you are transporting yourself, please contact Hadyn or Grant.

What transportation is best for the weekend?
If you are staying at the Hyatt Regency Hotel, we recommend that you Uber or use the North Lake Tahoe Shuttle. The Hyatt offers a shuttle to local stores and shops, so once you are there, you shouldn't need transportation. If you use Uber, look for rides an hour in advance when returning to the airport, or schedule your Uber, as there are fewer available in that area. Renting a car is also an option! This is a great option for guests who are staying off-site. If you are staying at the Hyatt, you will need to pay $29 a night for self parking, or $50 for valet.

What do I wear?
We ask that everyone dress in summer formal clothing. The ceremony, cocktail party, and reception will be outside on grass. We will have heaters outside to keep guests warm, average temperatures are around 60 degrees, but temperatures at night can drop to around 40 degrees.  Dress comfortably to be outside, and for the ladies, we highly recommend not wearing thin heel bottoms on the grass, as you might sink into the ground. We will supply heel protectors for those wearing stiletto heels.
