WEDDING UPDATE:
The Hyatt Regency has changed our venue to the Thunderbird Lodge in Lake Tahoe. This should not change any prior plans made. All guests will need to shuttle to the Thunderbird lodge from the Hyatt Regency at 2:30pm Saturday, as parking is not available. Please make sure to be in the lobby of the Hyatt Regency by 2:15pm, as there will not be any more shuttles after this. If you have any questions, please reach out to Hadyn or Grant.
Step 1:
FIND A PLACE TO STAY
We have a block of rooms at a discounted rate for up to three (3) nights at the Hyatt Regency Resort in Incline Village (05/23-05/25. Rooms start at $359 per night (1 King or 2 Double beds). To book a room, CLICK HERE, or call 775.832.1234 and refer to the Burrell or Wayner event. With the wedding being held at Thunderbird Lodge, ALL guests will need to take the shuttle from the Hyatt Regency at 2:30pm.
We highly recommend staying at the Hyatt, but AirBnB's are also an option. You will need a rental car, and self-parking at the Hyatt for the wedding is $29.
Step 2:
BOOK A FLIGHT
The closest airport to our venue in Lake Tahoe is the Reno International Airport (45 minute drive). The Sacramento Airport is also nearby, and a 2 hour drive to the venue.
IMPORTANT NOTE: You will need a REAL ID or Passport to fly starting May 7, 2025. Please ensure you have this prior to flying.
Step 3:
TRANSPORTATION
There are multiple options to get to the Hyatt from the airport. Visit the FAQs page for more info.
1. Use Uber/Lyft to get to the Hyatt.
2. Use North Lake Tahoe Express (NorthLakeTahoeExpress.com).
3. Rent a car.
